    - This chapter is about the use of GLCD in microcontroller based projects. Several tested and working projects are given in the chapter. The creation and display of bitmap images are explained with an example. The technique of simple animation on the GLCD is described with a project where a ball moves across the screen inside a rectangle shape. The important topic of X-Y plotting of a function is described with an example. An example of measuring and plotting the temperature in the form of a graph is given in the chapter. Finally, an example project is given to show how the ambient temperature and humidity can be measured and the readings displayed on the GLCD.
