- The study aims to understand the push and pull factor affecting students' motivation to study Aviation Management at the University. In this scope, this study gives more insight into the world of Aviation Management in general and what the job entails. A qualitative method is used to explore the push-pull factors and motivations of students choosing the Aviation Management Program at the University. Convenient sampling technique were used to get the samples for the study which was Aviation Management Students in the Universities in North Cyprus that were interviewed. The convenient sampling is a Non-probability sampling technique that entails making non-random selections based on convenience or other criteria to make data collection easier. Aviation Management Students participated in this study as the sample; The demographics included age, gender, nationality, degree and marital status. Only undergraduates were used for the study. The instruments that were used for this study are structured open-ended questions that were asked during the interview to understand the push and pull factors the students have to study Aviation Management in North Cyprus. Content analysis was preferred for the study. CatPac, an artificial neural network application, was utilized for content analysis. Finally, the push and pull aspects for aviation management education are discussed. KeyWords: Pull Factor, Push Factor, Aviation Management, Aviation Education.
